The Clarendon Classic Machinery, Truck and Hobby Show 2025: Vintage Machines & Family Fun at the Hawkesbury Showground.
Step back in time at the Clarendon Classic Rally, incorporating the Kenworth Klassic Truck Show and the Model & Hobby Show. This annual event will be held Saturday 20 (9am-4pm) and Sunday 21st September (8am-3pm) 2025.
Family friendly entertainment
This family friendly two day event includes a great display of restored tractors, and stationary engines, vintage cars, trucks, bikes, antique tools.
There will also be a wide range of exhibits for all the family to enjoy including models, collectables, art & craft, historical displays, classic vehicles, implement demonstrations, kids amusement rides (free with entry) and a Tractor & Vehicle Trek on Sunday Morning.
Richmond Steam Train Rides
Excitingly The Picnic Train will run this year in conjunction with the Clarendon Classic! Bookings are essential.
This will offer an extra level of operating machinery display as the train will be in full view from the Showground each time it passes on both days of the Show. It will operate on a 45 minute return shuttle from Richmond to Mulgrave (return).
Level up your day out by booking a ride on The Picnic Train. Those booked (we anticipate the ride will sell out) will experience the excitement of a steam train trip - perfect for friends and family groups or any train enthusiast.
The locomotive featured on the day is the former NSW Government Railways 5917 (pictured) as the powerful engine races past the suburbs, the showground and over the spectacular bridges of the Richmond Line.
Family rides and double decker bus trips
Another real highlight each year is the Double Decker Bus Rides that will be operating over the 2 days, linking the Richmond Station and the Machinery Show. There is a minimum gold coin donation each way for journeys on these buses.
