Many people don't realise that the Hawkesbury is home to a thriving cider industry. Heading up the Bells Line of Road you'll come to the tiny mountain village of Bilpin home to two cider companies offering tastings and sales. If wine is more your thing you'll discover some of Sydney's most unique historic vineyards near the Hawkesbury River at Ebenezer and East Kurrajong.
