The questions never end. Whether you're a local or planning a foodie get-away here are a few delicious and stress-free options to try.
Gluten Free and Vegan Dining at Sugar Glider - North Richmond (pictured)
Gluten Free, Vegan, Palm Oil free, Coeliac Safe?Sugar Glider is a rising favourite and has with foodies travelling far and wide to sample their delights. All their products are certified by Vegan Australia and everything in the store is 100% gluten free and vegan, all are palm oil free. Their packaging is even made from plants. They offer fresh salads, hot foods, sweet treats, baked goods and Artisan breads, all Coeliac safe. Located at Shop 6 & 7, 6-16 Riverview St, North Richmond Shopping Village, open Monday to Saturday 7am – 4pm.
Coeliac options available at Daddy's Burger 'n' Wings - Windsor and Richmond Burger lovers, Daddy’s Burgers’ n ’Wings may be the place for you. They have a range of burgers (from small to ginormous), fries and wings on the menu, all coeliac safe. You can even finish off your meal with gluten free donuts. Located at 2/135 George St Windsor and 3/139 Windsor St, Richmond, check out their Facebook page for opening times and daily specials.
Mediterranean Dining at Schembraes - Kurrajong Schembraes offers delicious mediterranean cuisine and caters for a number of dietary needs, including gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan. Perfect for a relaxing lunch, date night or special occasion with amazing views over the Hawkesbury Valley. Located at 77 Old Bells Line of Road Kurrajong, open Mon – Wed lunch 12-4pm, dinner 5pm ‘til late, Fri- Sat lunch 12 -4pm, dinner 5pm ‘til late, Sunday lunch 12 -4pm. Closed Thursdays.
Historic Dining with Gluten Free Options at The Church Bar - Windsor. For a unique dining experience with a bit of history too, try The Church Bar (pictured) at 22 Kable St Windsor. They are now offering many gluten free options on their menu that are sure to keep you satisfied. Open Wed-Fri 11am – 9pm, Sat 7.30am – 10pm, Sun 7.30-3pm.
Plant- Based and Vegetarian Meals at Mountain Bells Cafe - Bipin If you follow the Bilpin Apple Pie Trail, you will find Mountain Bells Café (pictured) offering 100% plant based vegetarian breakfast and lunches, with some vegan and gluten free options on request. Located at 2070 Bells Line of Road, Bilpin. Open 7 days, Mon-Fri 9am – 4.30pm, kitchen 9-2.30pm, Sat-Sun 8.30am-5pm, kitchen 8.30 -3.30pm.
